S22-30~2500/10 three-phase double-winding non-excited oil-immersed transformer (electrical steel strip)

The fully sealed power transformer eliminates the oil storage tank, using the fins of the corrugated oil tank body as a heat dissipation cooling element. At the same time, it expands and contracts with the increase and decrease of transformer oil, isolating the interior of the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil deterioration and insulation from moisture and aging, thus enhancing operational reliability. The core uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively improving the distribution of magnetic flux density within the core, reducing noise and losses. The coils are wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-wrapped wire), featuring a cylindrical (or disc) structure, with uniform winding distribution and a reasonable insulation structure, providing strong short-circuit resistance. All fasteners used in the oil tank are equipped with locking nuts to ensure they do not loosen during long-distance transportation. The surface of the oil tank is treated with phosphating and coated with three-proof paint (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt spray-proof), widely used in harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemicals.
