The GGJ type reactive power automatic compensation capacitor distribution cabinet is suitable for power systems with AC 50HZ, rated voltage 380V, and rated compensation capacity of 96~160kvar, used for automatic and manual reactive power compensation in substations and distribution rooms of power plants, power stations, and industrial enterprises. The cabinet body is made of bent and welded galvanized thin steel plates, and the installation components are designed based on a modular principle for reasonable installation.
It uses self-healing metallized parallel capacitors with internal protection devices, high reliability, and efficiency; reduces user reactive power loss, improves grid voltage quality, and reduces line loss; increases transformer load rate and efficiency of electrical equipment; uses self-healing capacitors, which are small in size, light in weight, and have large capacity; automatically connects and disconnects based on power factor.
Product Features
1. The main components inside this type of reactive compensation cabinet include capacitors, knife switches, fuses, contactors, controllers, etc.
2. The cabinet panel is equipped with power factor meters, ammeters, voltmeters, and transfer switches, making it convenient for users to observe in real-time and switch between manual/automatic operation.
3. The cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with good flatness, and the surface is treated with spray plastic for strong corrosion resistance; the internal frame is made of galvanized steel plates to ensure good support capacity and corrosion resistance.
4. Complete protection functions: short circuit, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss protection, etc.; parameters are easy to set; automatically exits operation when external faults occur and automatically resumes operation after power is restored.

Normal Operating Conditions
1. The surrounding air temperature does not exceed 40℃, the minimum surrounding air temperature is -5℃, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃.
2. Indoor installation and use, with an altitude not exceeding 2000m.
3. The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gases, vapors, or salt mist.
4. Atmospheric conditions: clean air, with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed; it should be considered that moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes.
5. The inclination of the equipment during installation should not exceed 5 degrees from the vertical plane.
6. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact.
