The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is designed and developed by two joint design teams according to the requirements of industry authorities, a wide range of power users, and design units. It is suitable for national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the development needs of the power market, and can compete with existing imported products.
The Ministry of Electric Power and the Ministry of Machinery jointly issued the document [1997]01 regarding the promotion and application of GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear. Currently, GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear has been widely used in the distribution systems of industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. It serves as a low-voltage complete distribution device used in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50(60)Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V(400), (600), and a rated current of 4000A and below for distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation.
Product Features
1. Unified appearance, high precision, and good interchangeability of drawers;
2. The drawer unit is equipped with a complete mechanical interlocking device to ensure the safety of operators;
3. Relatively independent functional units, ensuring that the failure of one unit does not affect the operation of other units, limiting the fault to the smallest range;
4. The MCC cabinet can have up to 22 circuits, fully considering the needs of large-capacity power plants and petrochemical systems;
5. The need for automated electric door (machine) groups in the industry;
6. The connection between the device and external cables is completed in the cable compartment, allowing cables to enter and exit from above and below;
7. The zero-sequence current transformer is placed in the cable compartment for convenient installation and maintenance;
8. The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), meeting the requirements for the number of connection points for computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.
