The combination transformer (also known as American box transformer) is a unified design that integrates the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, protective fuses, and other equipment into the same sealed oil tank. It is equipped with complete operational inspection instruments such as pressure gauges, pressure relief valves, oil level gauges, and oil temperature gauges. The American box transformer has excellent performance characteristics such as reliable power supply, reasonable structure, rapid installation, flexibility, ease of operation, small size, and low cost. It can be used both outdoors and indoors, widely applied in various places such as industrial parks, residential communities, commercial centers, and high-rise buildings.
Product Features
1. Fully sealed and fully insulated structure, no insulation distance required, reliably protects personal safety.
2. Small size, compact structure, only about 1/3 of the domestic transformers of the same capacity.
3. Can be used for both ring networks and terminals, very convenient to switch, improving the flexibility of power supply.
4. Low loss, with losses similar to domestic transformers of the same type, and can provide combination transformers with loss levels of series 9, series 10, series 11, and amorphous alloy core series according to customer needs.
5. The cable joint can operate at a load current of 200A, can act as a load switch in emergencies, and has the characteristics of an isolating switch, making it easy and flexible to operate.
6. Uses dual fuse protection, reliable operation.
7. The box body adopts anti-corrosion design and special spray treatment, suitable for various harsh environments, such as high pollution areas with frequent storms.
