The SG(B)10 non-encapsulated H-class dry power transformer is suitable for harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and dirty, humid conditions. Such environments include airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated residential areas, as well as special environments like petrochemical, nuclear power plants, and nuclear submarines.
Product Features
1. Good heat dissipation performance, long thermal life, extremely strong overload capacity, can operate at 120% long-term overload without forced air cooling under IP45 conditions, and can run at full load for a long time;
2. Extremely high safety and flame retardant performance, no smoke produced under long-term burning at 800℃ high temperature;
3. Extremely strong thermal shock resistance (can be fully loaded immediately at -50C);
4. 100% waterproof sealing, excellent hydrophobic and moisture-proof properties;
5. Unique coil structure and strong field calculation, making the product almost free of partial discharge;
6. Low loss, significant energy-saving effect, with an average decrease of 10% in no-load loss and a 5% decrease in load loss compared to SC9 series dry transformers;
7. After the service life, the insulation materials and copper wires can be easily separated and recycled, without polluting the environment.
8. Unique ceramic insulation structure, using H-class high-strength insulation tubes and high-frequency ceramic pads, never deforms.
9. High and low voltage coils use NOMEX paper-wrapped flat copper wire and imported copper foil, and are impregnated multiple times with solvent-free impregnating paint using VPI vacuum pressure equipment, followed by multiple high-temperature baking and curing.
