Amorphous alloy power transformer is a new generation of environmentally friendly transformer. Its core is made of amorphous alloy material from the United States, and the oil tank is manufactured by a domestic corrugated oil tank automatic production line, featuring a fully sealed, maintenance-free structure. It has low noise, low loss, safety, and energy-saving properties, making it widely applicable in urban network projects, residential communities, as well as public places such as hospitals and schools.
1. The amorphous alloy core is of a wound core structure, three-phase five-column type, with a rectangular cross-section. Amorphous alloy is a type of "non-crystalline metal" where the physical state has metal atoms arranged in a disordered manner. The material thickness is only 0.02mm, manufactured using advanced "planar spray casting method." This material, which is completely different from the crystalline structure of silicon steel sheets, is more conducive to magnetization and demagnetization.
2. The coil is rectangular, multi-layered, made of oxygen-free copper wire, and the inter-layer insulation uses adhesive paper with dot patterns to increase its mechanical strength.
3. The amorphous alloy power transformer features an aesthetically pleasing corrugated oil tank, which is produced through an advanced oil tank automatic production line, undergoing strict water pressure leak tests, air pressure tests, and fluorescence tests to ensure the reliability and safety of the product.
