The SC(B)10 series 20KV epoxy cast dry transformer with no-load voltage regulation is made from F-class epoxy resin mixed with fillers. After vacuum film degassing, it is cast in thin layers under vacuum and pressure, with the inner and outer surfaces reinforced by glass fiber forming nets for high and low voltage coils. It is a dry transformer with high mechanical strength, electrical strength, and heat resistance. Due to the 20KV voltage level being between 10-35KV, it has a long power supply radius, low voltage drop, and low line loss. It has advantages such as low consumption of non-ferrous metals, compensating for the shortcomings of 10KV distribution lines, making the 20KV distribution transformer a recommended product by the State Grid and provincial key projects.
Product Features
1. Flame retardant, explosion-proof, pollution-free, maintenance-free, can be installed in a decentralized manner at the load center, reducing investment costs and saving expenses.

3. Partial discharge less than 10PC, coils do not absorb moisture or dust, high mechanical strength, good reliability, and cost savings.
4. Short-circuit resistant, good lightning impact resistance.
5. The shell is made of stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum alloy, with types divided into wind-drawing and heat-dissipating styles. The input and output lines can be top-in top-out, bottom-in top-out, or bottom-in bottom-out.
6. The transformer can be equipped with temperature control and temperature display systems as per user requirements, and can be used in conjunction with temperature control systems.
