The SZ11-T type on-load tap-changing transformer is a new technology energy-saving distribution transformer. This product has two rated capacities and can automatically switch between the two operating modes. It addresses the issue of significant transformer losses caused by seasonal load variations in 10KV distribution networks and overcomes the operational maintenance challenges posed by manual capacity adjustments in no-load tap-changing transformers. In addition to being suitable for rural power grids with significant seasonal load variations, it is also applicable to urban commercial areas, development zones, industrial areas, and other distribution areas with notable day-night load changes.
Model
The on-load tap-changing transformer adjusts the tap switch through an intelligent controller, completing the switching process between high and low capacities of the transformer. The specific working principle is as follows: the intelligent controller monitors the voltage and current on the low-voltage side of the transformer to determine the current load size. Based on the capacity setting value and relevant constraint conditions, if the set conditions are met, it sends the corresponding adjustment control command to the on-load tap switch. The on-load tap switch reliably opens and closes according to the control command, completing the star-delta transformation and series-parallel conversion of the high and low voltage coils inside the transformer, thus achieving the transformer capacity adjustment process without the need for a power outage.
